Overwhelmed and struggling?

Is here to help you become more
efficient, effective and Productive
Three years ago, my life was chaotic and I was struggling with the challenges of adult ADHD. My days were marked by missed deadlines, disorganization, and financial difficulties. It felt like everything was falling apart, and I was constantly overwhelmed by the disorder in my life.
Can you relate?
I was struggling. My efforts to acknowledge my ADHD were dismal and my approach to adulting was often uncoordinated and ineffective, much like the repairs I tried to make on my old camper van, Clarence, which was providing me with a roof over my head. Despite the roof being leaky and the camper slowly breaking around me, I realized I wouldn’t be able to repair it without the proper toolkit of knowledge. The same was for my ADHD. This realization and deep acceptance of my ADHD led me to understand that my ADHD was more than just a collection of traits;
it was a significant challenge that required a thoughtful and
strategic approach.
I researched (& hyper-focused on) ADHD extensively, looking for practical strategies that could help me regain control of my life. Although the process was challenging, I gradually began to see improvements. I developed systems that allowed me to manage my symptoms more effectively and brought a sense of control back into my days.
This journey with Clarence the camper inspired me to create Regulate for ADHD, a program designed to help others facing similar challenges. Regulate for ADHD isn't just about coping with ADHD; it's about empowering individuals to harness their ADHD in a way that leads to lasting change and success. My personal experiences paired with my foundation in Functional Therapy as an Occupational Therapist, as well as years of working with Adults with ADHD, have become the foundation for this program. I've learnt what works and what doesn't work for ADHDers: and and I am excited to share this with you, to help you navigate you own path to a more regulated life.
